I have always found the search a bit annoying on newgrounds.

you have to be word perfect to find the particular author or flash and some times i just can't remember the particular spelling (you do get some weird ones) so a tag system wouldn't be a solution.
in the mean time is there any suggestions about how to find a flash if you have forgotten the name or any tricks you know to search more effectively?

never did get round to finishing it .........
the shadowing is wrong and other stuff.

Any ideas on how i could make this look better?
for example how to make it look like glass at the end of the bridge.

You're really good at drawing. I like your style but the ears seem really odd to me on both pictures. They should be in perspective rather than just flat on the paper. They don't stick out at perfect right angles in real-life.
Nice work bud, keep them coming and I hope you look into working on your sketches digitally.

Nah just kidding, that's a pretty good Manga style face, nose looks a little bit small compared to the rest of his face, and the ears are a little bit too large, just practice your proportions on facial features and you'll be set for Manga.
