Wow... while both of those things somewhat bother me. I really can not see any good reason for it to be Illegal. BUT... I think our law on incest should only state: It's not allowed. Merely because I think some eyebrows will be raised if it says: Incest is illegal, but fine if it is between two members of the same sex.

I think if a case actually arises... everyone should just look the other way. But if it becomes an issue.. then yea. It should be legal.

Actually.. Sony said they are trying to work on a way where you CAN transfer your old UMD's. Plus it comes with a 16GB hard drive. So it will probably be a little while before you even need to buy more memory.

There is a difference between the two though

Most Christians were born and raised christian.
Most atheists were born and raised christian, or another religion, and then turned atheist.

Now, if that person turned atheist after doing research on religion and deciding it was the most likely answer to religion. Then I don't think they are as bad as christians are.

But there are a group of atheists that simply became atheist because they think it's cool and they hate going to church. They are the annoying ones who think they are right, but have no idea why they might be right. These atheists are generally teenagers (though not all teenage atheists are like this...)

Here is my problem. There are a lot of people (mostly kids aged 12-18) that claim to be atheist but merely pick it because they think it is "cool". These kids probably couldn't tell you a damn thing about the bible, the torah, the quran, the avesta, or any of that shit.

I feel one should have to do a lot of research before being allowed to classify themselves under any religion. But especially atheism, because they give us non-goth/emo/punk and intelligent atheists a bad name.

And I'm not saying all kids between the ages of 12-18 who claim to be atheists are like that... and I'm 17, so i definitely am not saying that.

Long story short, liking bands that were popular before you were born doesn't make you old. You are 15.. People have lived to be 115.. you are NOT old.

-Federal powers vs. states' rights - States should not be able to withdraw from the Union.. And once a state makes a law, I think federal police should not be able to arrest people if that law is illegal on a federal level. Does that make sense?
-Domestic issues (gay marriage, church and state, etc.) - This IS a free country... Gay marriage should be legal!! Church SHOULD be seperated from state!
-Education - Education is fine how it is.. I don't have any problems with it.
-Criminal justice - Undecided.. i don't believe the prison system is effective, but i don't know what a good alternative would be.
-Fiscal policy/economy: There shouldn't be property taxes... you are already paying taxes on salary... why property that you bought with your already taxed salary? More money should go in to stem cell research (not a large amount.. but they are ignoring it!). And more money should go in to finding a gasoline alternative.

Ok, I think gun control is fine how it is. I can't think of anything major about it that should be changed. I am a swing voter.. and always will be. But What I am trying to find out is which party (and I already stated that it is NOT the democrats or the republicans.. I AM looking for the independent party) I share the most beliefs with. So I can work to promote that party.
