On the other hand, sometimes you may just have to believe something that you really have no supporting evidence, simple matters that occur everyday, such as waking up and going to work in the morning. You have faith that 1) your work still has a building for you to go to, 2) you are still employed there, 3) there will be work for you to do. We make assumptions like this everyday, but aren't outwardly aware of it.

But the evidence for these things it that they where like that when you last left. That ain't blind faith, thats just beliveing something because it was like that before.

Now not meaning to offend anyone but if god exists he is a ba$terd.
Why do people insist on having blind faith in something? Then there are the america chistainity things, now that is just crazy, those people going I can see god, I mean what the fuck is that about?

Response to: US- Environmental vandals Posted April 1st, 2001 in Politics

You seem to forget that all the other countries have done that while developing. England was covered in forest at one stage, the closest actual forest I can think of is in another city.(Its Robin Hoods forest)

But they aren't creating the most mess are they? And they have more then a sixth of the worlds population. America is almost the perfect example of capitilism, but china however......

Doesn't that just show you how bad capitilism is? I mean they would rather kill the Earth then change the way they do things!

Well more post-punk then. The good thing about napster is there could truely be a band who can have a massive fan base and still not be commercial, not saying its gonna happen, it just could.

Music Posted March 30th, 2001 in Politics

I know this hasn't got anything to do with politics but it seems to me (I have checked a few of your profiles) that almost everyone who posts here likes Rock or punk(around that area) I am right?

Of course they need an enemy!
A) it unites the people, like Mussolini and the whole Abysinnia thing
B) It gives them a reason to keep military spending so high, I mean why are they going to need a big army if there is no-one to fight
C) It gives the movie industry a bad guy:)

Response to: Drugs Posted March 22nd, 2001 in Politics

The thing is that if drugs were legalised then the cost of drugs would go down, and the "aftereffects" of drugs would lessen

Prostitution Posted March 21st, 2001 in Politics

What do people think about this as well....I also belive this should be allowed.

Drugs Posted March 21st, 2001 in Politics

Ok I want to know everyones views on the legalisation of drugs. I peresonally think it is peoples right to be allowed them since people can abuse their own body in the way they want, right?
