after i grab them from the shelf, but before i leave the store.

Do you make sure to always have one in your wallet?

not a good idea sir...

Do you always keep a box in your night stand/dresser?

thats a nice safe place, if you have one. under the bed works too.

Do you wait till you're in a relationship to purchase them?

sure... its more fun that way, otherwise the only good they serve would be strange party favors at new years.

hmmmm.... sounds familiar.

Judith: I do feel Reg, that any anti-imperialistic group like ours must reflect such a divergence of interest within its
powerbase.
Reg: Agreed. Rogers?
Rogers: Yes, I think Judith's point of view is very valid, Reg, provided the movement never forgets that it is the unalienable
right of every man...
Stan: Or woman.
Rogers: ...or woman to rid himself...
Stan: Or herself.
Rogers: ...or herself...
Reg: Agreed.
Rogers: Thank you, brother.
Stan: Or sister.
Rogers: Or sister...where was I?
Reg: I think you'd finished.
Rogers: Oh. Right.
Reg: Further more, it it the birthright of every man...
Stan: Or woman.
Reg: Why don't you shut up about women, Stan? You're putting us off.
Stan: Women have a perfect right to play a part in our movement, Reg.
Rogers: Why are you always on about women, Stan?
Stan: I want to be one.
Reg: What?
Stan: I want to be a woman. From now on, I want you all to call me Loretta.
Reg: What?
Loretta: It's my right as a man.
Judith: Well, why do you want to be Loretta, Stan?
Loretta: I want to have babies.
Reg: You want to have babies?!
Loretta: It's every man's right to have babies if he wants them.
Reg: But...you can't have babies!
Loretta: Don't you opress me!
Reg: I'm not opressing you, Stan. You haven't got a womb. Where is the foetus going to gestate? You're going to keep it in a
box?
Loretta: Sniff.
Judith: Here, I've got an idea. Suppose you agree that he can't actually have babies, not having a womb, which is nobody's
fault, not even the Romans', but that he can have the right to have babies.
Rogers: Good idea, Judith. We shall fight the oppressors for your right to have babies, brother. Sister! Sorry.
Reg: What's the point?
Rogers: What?
Reg: What's the point of fighting for his right to have babies, when he can't have babies?
Rogers: It is symbolic of our struggle against opression.
Reg: Symbolic of his struggle against reality.

LOLZ!!!!

to point this out for the millionth time. 1. how do you know how terrible it would be to die by dehydration, have you expirienced it? 2. a suffering animal is an animal that can feel pain. She can't feel pain.

im sure she's perfectly capable of feeling pain, its just that in her state she doesnt recognize it as pain. i know this much from experience, when you become dehydrated, it is painful at first. whats so dangerous about getting dehydrated, after a period of time, your bodies natural painkilling mechanisims (sp?) kick in, endorphins.

about 6 years ago, i was through a bout of dehydration. i thought i had the flu. it was working in the summer, outdoors, for a moving company. i stayed home a few days that week after experiencing weakness, and diarrhea. next thing i knew, i was crawling from my bed to the bathroom.... i couldnt walk. it was painfull, like stomach cramps and body aches, just like the flu. i felt a bit better after awhile, but i was dazed and confused. what got me out of it was when my mom called to see why my car hadnt moved for quite a few days, and she said i was talking all kinds of gibberish on the phone.

she came over, and i went to the ER. after getting a 4 hour IV drip, i was starting to show signs of my old self. the doctor said if i had waited maybe 3 to 4 more days, i would have had serious organ damage, and what is so scary about it all was i didnt even know what was going on. i ended up losing almost 25 pounds till it was over.

but enough about that, my point is this... it takes a normal everyday type person about a month to starve to death. that same person would only last a week to 10 days, at the most, two weeks, to die of dehydration. Ms. Schaivo has been in her present condition for about 15 years? (i may be off by a bit, rough estimation). the only things she's had to eat or drink was thru the tube. and its not really eating or drinking by our standards. it skips the whole front quarter of the digestive system when it goes in the feed tube. it enters at the top portion of the stomach. no chewing, no swallowing, no quenching thirst.

Enteral tube feed is mainly components that you find in normal food, protein, carbs and whatnot. it looks like liquid baby food. it also smells nasty to boot. and average size person with a tube gets 1500cc to 2000cc of this junk a day, and prolly 200cc to 500cc of H2O as a flush, per 8 hours... so thats 600cc to 1500cc of water, per day. thats about 1/10th of what a normal person like me and you drinks in a 24 hour period. so for 15 some years, Ms. Schiavo's been on some schedule like this, day in and day out... her body is conditioned (kinda like a camel) to go with little food or water. this process she's going thru mat take longer than most people expect. so when CNN is hyping that this poor woman went 10 days (OMG!) without food and water.... thats nothing. it could be three weeks at most.

provided that the situation stays this way, Ms. Schiavo will likey die of dehydration if anything. the first to be affected is always the kidneys, they filter your blood, without water, they shut down. the blodstream will coagulate and thicken, putting strain on her heart, til she succumbs to heart failure.

there are 2 sides to the debate, neither is really wrong. my stance has always been that she pass on, instead of living another 30 years in her conditon. i hope you read this and become somewhat enlightened to the nitty gritty of whats really happening.

Yea, I checked out EB for some games and couldn't find it there either. Oh well, it's only a matter of time until I find it, and with my parents finally paying me back the 60 bucks they owe me I might as well head up and pick myself up another controller either for XBox or my Gamecube, I haven't decided which yet.

i have three EB stores in my area. two of em are just Electronics Boutiques, and one is an EB Games, which deals primarily in used games, but tthey do sell new titles too, usually have to preorder. if i cant get a game i want at any of those places, i try walmart, and FYE. the latter usually doesnt have as good of a selection. if all else fails, there's ebay.

i was looking into some wireless pads for GC. any you recommend? i dont have an Xbox, just have PS1, PS2, GC, SNES.... yadda yadda. between PS2 and GC i have like 40 some titles.
