Just start talking, if she is the type who laughs a lot try a joke, BUT ONLY ONE and if she doesn't laugh don't try to fix the situation with another joke, it will make things more awkward. After a while try flirting for a bit. If your planning on asking her out, be quick about it or you will be stuck in the "friend zone" Which is were she says the whole "I like you as a friend" crap.
