By Eastern I was really looking at Pacific Religions. Such as Taoism, Buddhism , Confucianism etc.

I will try to focus on one teaching every couple of days and that way as I go on I will become more and more in touch with my self and Confucianism as a whole. As of the moment I will focus on that teaching as I have let Rage control me the last couple of days and need to meditate on that.
