I haven't played the GBA version but did you try going to the menu and pressing left? In the SNES version, it brung up the order.

This is also a factor. Lust would increase because well, you're alone with 3 guys and a woman and generally, you'll start getting lonely. And unless you're homosexual, you would try for the woman. Protection is key especially underwater.
