I'd love to see the pipeline from someone who's in the professional business.

Response to: feedback and advice Posted October 6th, 2014 in Animation

It's animation, you have to exagerate a little. Because right now the gun pointing feels very slow & boring. Make it more curvy, act it out in real life, exagerate it. feel the swing motion of it & then animate it like that. Much more interesting results.

Response to: What's the best animation program? Posted October 5th, 2014 in Animation

I prefer Toon Boom or TVpaint.

But some solid advice in 99% of the cases if you cant seem to make awesome, its not the program, its you. So work on self improvement instead of finding the best software. It wont help you.

I am asking because I know there are some dodgy people here that enjoy rating 0 stars for minor slip ups.

Your views?

Thanks!

If I see the kind of junk that can get trough on a daily basis, some decent 10 second shorts should have no trouble really.

So I guess it really depends on the length and complexity of the animation you intend on doing. Just imagine also a strong proponent of future proofing so that your pc won't be out dated a month after you buy it.

Learn to work with different scenes in different files and just add it all together in the final stage.
Way less taxing, even if your main file + your backup file both go corrupt for some magical reason.
You still have all other scenes.

And bam.
:But still,get a proper pc.
