errr thanks, i see you are trying to help, but that art is from a year ago, i made many other pieces, as you can see if you look through my thread. no use bringing up old crap :P

Yes, I realised after posting. Sorry about that, sir.

Still, looking at your drawing of that football player, you could still use some practise in anatomy.
So, it's still somewhat valid!

Well, you could take a look at gurochan.net. (Warning, it's full of sick shit.)

If you post a request thread with MG's in it, I'm sure there will be more than enough people to answer.

You mean those sexual MG's? (Slime, Succubus, etc.)

Uh, yes, by stopping to eat.

Also, I don't believe in God, I only believe in the Invisible Pink Unicorn.

No, but seriously. I don't think praying works for anything but the mind. It's kind of like ghosts.
Those who believe in them, sees them.
Those who don't, well... You catch my drift.

Now, now, good sirs, calm down!
It is clear that this mister have been drawing these Naruto pieces with reference, but if you look at the way Kakashi's hair is placed, and the way his chin bends, there is no possibility for OP to have traced.
Referenced, yes. Traced, I'm quite sure he hasn't.

Now, your original picture has not the amount of skill you show in the Naruto pictures.
The original has no lineweight, too big eyes, strange looking hair, etc, etc. To be blunt, it's bad.

Now, try to look up anatomical references instead of anime heads. It will help you much more to have the anatomy well placed rather than the eyes.
Why? Because then you know how to place the eyes, nose, ears etc. without it looking awkward.
So, to sum it up; anatomy is the most important in drawing! The more you know how to use it, the more you can bend the rules, and it's still not looking stange. (Look at chibi, it's a good example of anatomy-bending.)
It's not easy, but it's worth it.

When you got all of this in place, you can start thinking of perspective. The perspective of the eyes is very poor.
The eyes sink into the head, and it's important to have this in mind while drawing.

I've made a redline on top of your drawing. I hope this helps you.

Most wonderful, good sir! But I'm sorry to say it might seem a bit... Unanimate.

If you can make so that the image pops even more, it'll look wonderful, I assure you.
Another thing I would like to fix is the eyes, they look a little crooked.

Other than that, I must say it looks like you have skill!
