Ok so last night i had crazy bad panic attacks, Im a cynic, and i think of all the worst possible things that can happen 24/7 so im constantly thrown back into the attack.

I was wondering, could this be a brain tumour? or some sort of condition...
Also i have to constantly Yawn, and so much so that i gag, I just cant seem to figure out whats going on, i have a doctors appointment tomorrow.

What could this be? i doubt its a panic attack.

Please help me im terrified :\
