Preferably photoshop, but you could use toon boom, which is specifically for animation...

I have a story that is so in depth, I could'nt put everything in one post. Pretty much the story is what is to become my short "Magnetic Death." It will tell the story of Sir Henry VIII, from when he is a child, to when he is grown.

Asandir, yeah there is a test of the animation which is over half of it. It is a big project and the animation is some of the best I have ever made, so I know it isn't because it's not "good enough" They usually approve my work within 12 hours and this is the best animation I've created, Asandir, would you like me to add you as a beta tester so you can see it? You liked my work
