Parkour is very deep so ill describe it to you breifly ( true understanding come from hours of training.) Getting from point A to point B as quickly as effieciently as possible in an escape/rescue manner. Flips are useless and uneffective . Any other movements that dont drive at effieciently is also not parkour. Think about it, If you were being chased and you had a drop would jump down or waste time and energy trying to do a backflip. That is what parkour is take it or leave it. There is no free style parkour ; just parkour.

If you want to do flips , spins , and shit thats freerunning. Its completely different. Basically do w/e you want to do . Sounds like thats what your after and I wish you luck while you study your movements.

Actually people driving high on pot is not something im really worried about. People think that being high is like being super drunk with a highly hallucenagenic quality (ie. seeing pink elaphants) .
