It probably has something to do with the fact an Admin/Mod has to physical add those submissions to the various collections. So there are only so many of them and there are a lot more other things to do than to go find and add Adult games and the like to those collections.

There is an option to suggest any game/video to any collection but of course there are a lot of people suggesting things and of course it there are some things of higher priority than to check new things into collections.

Looks like I will be on pause making icons, till I am allowed to make them in the larger size.
