Anyone can find a list of shit that their country has done that has benefitted the rest of the world, but only a fucking tool would have the audacity to keep bringing it up over and over again like a stuck record. It's pathetic.

You win the thread.

Oh, no...

What about you, England? Forgotten how we proved to you that democracy does work?

By creating a collection of states containing English society's undesireables and their offspring? Oh, and you basically copied the whole Magna Carta thing. Whoo, America.
Forgotten that we saved your ass in WWI and WWII?
America really did little more in WWI than provide fresh troops and supplies. Even though it WAS crucial by a tactical outlook, from the overall, view, the contribution was small.
Good show in WWII, though.

What about you, France? Who came to your aid in WWI, freed you in WWII? We did. We went to Vietnam to : help you reclaim colonies, and did we get so much as a thank you?

Sigh. You went to uphold Eisenhower's and Kennedy's policies of the "containment" of communism, not because you cared about France. Next...

Ah, Germany, let's not forget you. Even after you murdered 6 million people, caused two world wars,

WWI was caused by a young man named Gavrilo Princip, not by Germany.
WWII was caused by a semi- delusional madman with a funny mustache and his followers, not Germany as a whole.
What was your point again?

and killed countless people, who fought the hardest to re-unify you?

NATO.

Did Russia or any other European countries work to tear down the Berlin Wall and reunite families?
Portugal and Spain, don't look so smug. After all, you were ruled by dictators until well into the 70s, long after it was thought to be dumb.

You guys re-elected Bush Jr. You don't get to talk about what's dumb.

Poland...well, I got nothing bad to say about Poland. They're true friends.

Mutual Allies is more of a proper term.

And Canada, I know you're not European, but you're a European away from home.

Oh, boy.

You're not very North American.

.......What?

Still bowing to the Queen of England? Still having to proclaim that your policeman are royal? Let's not forget our mutual missile defense treaty that is no doubt mostly US missiles. If we're attacked, we both know who'll be defending.

Wait, who has all those NORAD stations on her soil? Hold on a second, let's see.....Oh! Canada!
Keep this attitude up, and we may have to "forget" to tell you that the Russians are crossing the Arctic Circle to attack your asses.

During the 50s, you loved America because of the Truman Doctrine.

We did?

And the containment policy for Communism? You guys ate it up.

So did the rest of NATO.

You cowered beneath the US's shield of democracy, protecting you from harm.

See, this is the attitude that pisses the world off.

And in the 80s, Europe was re-united, thanks to America.

NATO, again. Geez, go read a history textbook. Specifically, a non-biased, non-American one.

So, yes, Europe, we're sorry that we're in a recession.

Sure you are.

We're sorry that for once, we need a helping hand. It's just a shame that people we've helped for decades, our "friends," are lazy malcontents who are only friends with the person with the wallet.

*Cough*EveryAmericanConflictEver*Cough*

When you all were on your backs, we helped you up. But now that America has stumbled, has fallen to the ground, where's Europe's helping hand?

Europe has it's own problems, without having to worry about you guys.

I hope that your America-bashing has made you feel better.

Hopefully.

I hope that your bashing of the US has helped you.

We all have warm, fuzzy feelings now. Well, except for you.

Because when you look at history, the difference between Europeans and Americans is that when Europeans are faced with tough times, they turn to authoritarian dictatorships.

You mean " Constitutional Monarchies".

But when Americans are faced with tough times, they turn to more democracy and freedom.

No, you turn to whoever can make the nicer-sounding promises. Like Lemmings.

Thanks, Europe.

No, thank you, my 17 year old friend for those biased, yet oh so world-weary views.

So, I have an old alt that I don't want anymore. I asked Tom, and he told me that I could offer it to anyone who wants it. If no one takes it, then He will delete it.

The alt's name is Jakuma. It is old, and hardly used. In fact, it has 0 EXP.
The only thing it has are my old reviews. The reviews are quite sad, and nothing like what I make now. I was 12, so......
Anyway, first come, first serve.

Another Story! Double Yay!
I have shitloads of these. Depending on the topic, I can just drop these in a thread to liven it up.

Alright, I have a really obnoxious neighbor. And I'm sure you're all like, "psh, mine is bad too, ya know."
Really? Try This.

On both sides of us, my family's property is bordered by obnoxious fuckwads.
To the left (facing the house), we have the local DJ, a 40-something year old white guy, who enjoys tormenting his patrons with country music.
To the right, we have an absolute Class-A shithole. They. Are. Pigs. It is disgusting, and is probably the reason my parents can't sell their house. The wife is like.....a KGB member. Her favorite pastime is find out the nasty little secrets in your life, and then telling everyone.
Everyone.
Like, expect-to-see-that-shit-on-Facebook everyone.
And beside HER, we have another hellhole, populated by some of the laziest parents, and the absolute LOUDEST children you will ever hear.
I have watched them, multiple times, just stand there and SCREAM.
For no reason. None.
And she has, like, 7 kids. :<

So, the other day, they were all next door to us, hanging out in the next door neighbor's cesspool of a yard.
The scary thing? They say shit.
Spooky shit.
Things that you don't expect to hear come out of a six year old's mouth.
Here's just a few thing that they yell at me. (I'm 18, btw.)
"Hey, Sexy"
"Get to work, fatty"
"Shut your mouth!"

SEE?!
That's not right.
So, the other day, when they were up against the chain-link fence we have( GREAT idea....), they were reaching through, trying to grab my dog's toys, to tease her. They do that a lot.
You know what I did?
Pulled back on the fence, and slapped it into their faces.
As they sat there, in that stunned-before-the-tears-start mode, I said this:
"Leave Frasier (My 12 year old Border Collie) alone, you little shits. What the fuck has she ever done to you?"
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand that's when they all screamed.
Loudly.
Fortunatly, I had my headphones on. (I was listening to music. The track was "No One Cares" by Atreyu, which I thought was funny. )Even better; They're SkullCandy headphones, so they block sound.
The sad thing? No one came to see what was going on.
Me? I took Frasier inside, ate a sandwich, and promptly went into my I-don't-give-a-shit mode.

And that is why I'm going to Hell.

Yeah, you really did. It's bad enough that the little kids were as loud and obnoxious as they were, but the fact that the mother was there and not telling to shut the fuck up and sit down is even worse.

The mother should have been the one to fly into the table though.

Stupid parenting. Glad my parent's taught me manners and how to respect people in public.

The mother couldn't do anything. She was pretty drunk by that time. And do ya blame her?

I do.
Eh. I did the right thing. I think. Posted September 3rd, 2009 in General

StoryTime! Yay!
A few days ago, I took my girlfriend out to a nearby Olive Garden. Because, really? Who can resist Olive Garden? Unfortunetly, not these people.
As we were stuffing ourselves with delicious breadsticks, a fat broad of a lady sat down a few tables over. As soon as they were done ordering, the hellish monster-brats that followed her in got up and began to screech and chase each other all over the resturant. :<
an obviously-new waitress with a ginormous plate of food, including OUR GODDAMN DINNER had the misfortune of getting in their way, and was rammed into, causing all that food to go all over the ground, and herself.
After myself and a few others finished helping her up, I noticed that the little monsters were still going Mach-2 through the establishment.
So, I had an idea. :3
Next time they passed, my table, which was STILL devoid of food, and my former meal being currently scrubbed off of the floor, I tripped the little shits.
Not a mature reaction, yes, I know. But no one saw me, soooooo....
Now these kids were pretty damn fat. When I tripped him, He must have be going about 40mph.
He flew.
Like a goddamn rocket.
Luckily, the table he soared into was empty.
I swear, I heard applause mixed in with the laughter.

And the best part? Our meals were free, due to the mess.
Best day EVAR!

Good for you! The age of this profile is deceptive. My old one (technically, I guess it can be called an alt) is still floating around. I was on NG before all these changes occurred. It was a big WTF moment to see NG like this, especially since I was like, 11.
If you don't believe me, the old one was named Jakuma, which, in retrospect, is a lot cooler and original than my current one. :3

But seriously, it really irks me when people bash the mods. You all have probably seen those whiney users bitching about the mods because they locked some inane thread of theirs that no one gave a rat's ass about, anyway. I just wanna slap 'em. I know that the mods work damn hard to keep this place from turning into something like 4chan, and thusly, they should get a little respect, in my opinion.
Unfortunately, even if I was asked to be a mod, I don't know if I could do it, as most of my time on NG is done on my iPod Touch. In fact, I'm writing this post on it. A lot of things are incapable of running on it, so that may be a problem.

You should be homeless for a while, to experience the need for it. Maybe if you got stabbed by Angry Joe, you would be happy to know that you didn't have to worry about payment.
Who wouldnt be happy with free stuff? Free house, free healthcare, free car, free food. But its a matter of deserving it. If you wind up where you are because you were too busy handing out blowjobs to give a crap about the pythagorian theorum then you dont deserve free healthcare. Its you who fuck up your life, not I or anyone else.

I see where you're coming from, and I actually agree, sorta. But regardless, our system does that, and it works. I respect your views, but I must defend our system.

Our taxes are no higher than yours, I bet.
Hell if I know. I dont care about canadian taxes but I can tell you that you pay 10% of your GDP on universal where we pay 15% of ours on our system. Extending it to everyone will put a royal butthurt on us.

True, but overall, it still might be better. Ever wondered why Canadians live around 3 years longer on average than Americans? (According to the WHO).

This post made me laugh.
because you pay for everything in maple leaves.

Hey! We're proud of our leafy currency. And I'll take loonies over $1 bills. I love traveling across the border, but I HATE your country's abject fascination with bills.

What about homeless people, people with disabilities, or low-income families? Your logic fails.
Why are they homeless? Why are they low income? People with disabilities got a system already, look at my post above this one. If they are homeless because of something like katrina, help the fuckers out! If they are homeless because they decided liquer and porn was more important that rent then fuck em.

Again, I do agree, but some people simply need all the help they can get, due to circumstances out of their control.

Someone needs to adopt you off.
No Im good, because my parents were smart enough to wait for a time when they could support a kid before having me. Other parents arent and we should ship those kids to families that can support them.
