Ever since the redesign the Random Flash button has disappeared. Before the redesign, it would be in your face after you vote on a Flash. I used to click it a lot and that was how I watched most Flashes.

If you have Audacity, then, as much as it pains me to say, you can cut out most of the "Inside The Fire" track so it only plays what is needed.

Already did that. If you listen to the menu for about 20 seconds or so, you will hear how the song fades out then goes straight into the lead break of the song. Done in Audacity.

I think you should focus more on a new scene or more animation. If everything is quick, detail is not needed as much.

I love how you hit those high notes.

You need to have rests or chords that go for more than just one count. Speed isn't everything. And what about combining guitars? Maybe one or two rhythms with a lead...

Also, I have played this on my electric piano so the guitar sounds are not good but here is an example of what I mean (I quickly played it so the timing isn't 100%). Instead of just fast riffs we should try some more technical work.

There has to be a probation. Without it, people would sign up, leave their mark but never come back. If we have a probation period, people will have to qualify to get their name on the list. Plus, it makes life easier for the roster managers.

- First post is not up to date with the current rules, regulations, or even system.
- Easier for the new members to pick the correct department and see the rules.
- Can post a link to the NGDD bot.

I have an idea which I have permission to post and needs discussing:

- Rank promotions should not be given by XR or points and statistics, but by department leaders and NGDD leaders. That way we forget all the XR calculating and statistics will only be needed to join but not to climb the ranks.
