So... As a new school year begins, we are doing these things called "personal fitness profiles" or something like that in gym class.
After doing a few of the things needed for these (such as X time to do 1M run, X pushups in one minute, X chinups before failure, etc.), I realized that I am really fricking out of shape.
I've never been the athletic kid, but I'm usually able to run around and do simple exercises decently, However, it seems that my slugitude over the summer has left me in really bad physical shape.
So, what sort of exercise plan do you think I should do to get back in gear?
