Sure. My last batch I made had habaneros, cayenne peppers, cane sugar, cane vinegar, a carrot, a shallot, a pinch of Himalayan salt, corn starch, mustard seed, a little cucumber, tumeric, black garlic, and some garam masala.
I don't like sweet hot sauces. And typically I would use ghost peppers because I can hardly even taste hot sauce. But yeah...I grew alot of peppers and had to use them.
