So someone very close to me in my family has weeks to live and I'm at a loss as to what to do.

I'm not sure how to express my feelings or how to deal with them. I thought working out would help, but it's just not.

Has anyone here lost a mother or father or someone extremely close to you in that sense and how did you deal with it when it happened? Did you carry something of theirs on you all the time, and does that make it easier for you?

I'd appreciate it if you all just put your Asshole bats away for a moment and answer it in the nicest of ways possible.

Seventh item is a Hexbug Scarab. A high-speed, mechanical, beetle-like robot that skitters around. It can flip over when it flips onto it's back. Really fast, really cool. It has a REALLY hard exoskeleton and my cats love to chase it around.

Sixth item is a DIY paper spectrometer kit. It looks really damn cool and will make it soon.

Fifth item is Crazy Aaron thinking putty. It's magnetic putty that comes with a powerful magnet. Did a cool snake charmer trick with hanging the magnet over the putty and a piece of the putty came up and followed the magnet as I moved it around. Cool legit shit. 8/10

Fourth item is a tetris 5 in 1 multi tool. It looks cool but is the biggest piece of shit and totally useless. You can feel at ease giving this to a 3 year old knowing nothing bad will happen to them. I'll keep it on my key chain til then I guess.

Third item I got was a metal earth 3d model of a Star Wars millennium falcon. I'm going to attempt to build this Sunday.
