Angry dog on the 6th place? Well, at least Greasy got some money for that one. Although Angry dog should have been on the top #3, although that's mu opinion.

And yet again I have no idea what made Chris & Harry popular, random DBZ action with an ending you can really simply guess?

Ah well, gongratulations to the winner and ChillyCheese

It FINALLLY snowed there?
In here it has been snowing quite long, but the the snow just melts away.
Right now there is 30 centimeters of snow at max in some places.

Ah the wonderful Finland winter :')

Anyway, WX, eh?
Good for him. Although I have never seen his "non-stick" work.

He surely is awesome, even if his style, especially with bobble head characters are simple.

Good choice right there.

I barely remember watching Five-Iron's first submission back in the days, but I really have to go watch it again, as I have forgotten the stuff about it by now.

Never became familiar with Five-Iron's other work after that one, appearantly.
Gotta check them out!

Also, gongratulations Five-Iron.

The longest gaming session I have ever had was 24 hours long, but I took naps and ate in between quite lot. I just mainly played through couple of games I had as fast as possible.

But for real, who plays WoW 20 hours without even eating anything...?

Topic: Platformers

Posted: 11/26/08 05:24 AM

Forum: Video Games

In my opinion platformers can be as fun and addictive than any other form of gameplay.

Action based platformers were the ones that I basically started with anyway.
But I see nothing childish in them in most cases.

For example Donkey Kong Countries might look cute, but they have a diamond behind the first impression.

Want to sell me that for 50 bucks?

Counting that I payed 250 euros for it plus the postal costs, it's in really good condition, all driver CDs are nicely held in the book shelf and are only used once, the tablet came with Arc Soft 5.5 program and the original package is in the other room...

I think you should pay more, lol. Although I will sell it to my sister once I move away.

Heh, I voted for the Fallen Angel part 1, but I surely did not expect for the triple win. But after thinking of it, it really deserves it. In my opinion Fallen Angel has the best animation work on the whole site, so it has the rights to get some extra attention. Although Brackenwood isn't too far back, on the second place.

Also I'm not very surprised about the monthly winner in the gaming part, heh.

How will I know if I am one of the 2000 most active voters? Is there a post about it?

When you access "my account" page from the upper right, there will be extra message under the "Welcome Back, (your username) !" with a link attached, that allows you to go vote for the monthly winners.

You just have to vote a lot during one month to get that, sometimes if you vote at least on five submissions a day it's enough.

But most of the time you have to vote for more.

I vote on every submission I see in judgement state so sometimes I might vote about 30-50 a day if it's busy one, and so seems I got the privilege to vote for 'em again.

When I saw Renenae's entry, I knew he would get at least to the top three if not else.
That was some darn well carved pumpkin right there.

Also gotta like the second for it's simplicity, but yet cool looking design together.
