Maybe this tutorial would help you?
(I used that kind of lip sync before I started to tween it :P)

Just do LONG motion tweens, keyframes or however you are animating it and then add voices that are slowed down to it, it's that easy!

(If you dont have programs where you can slow down voices and SFX things, download program like Audacity for example)

In my opinion you could have putted more effort into it, it's pretty simple and song is also over used in my opinion.

Trust me, if you try, you CAN become a good animator, it wont happen quickly but with practising you can do it.

Maybe not so good as I thought at first, but if you wonder about the angel wings part.
The reason for that is that there is this said in 19th part this:

"And if you get to heaven, I’ll be here waiting baby"

So I kind of took that idea from there.
