I repeat my suggestion: start by drawing the human form, plain and simple. Once you know how it all fits together you'll be ready for tweaking it in your own style. I'd particularly suggest practicing hands and face, you've only posted three pictures so far but I see a common pattern of finding ways to avoid drawing those. Stop drawing people with no face or featureless masks, or convoluted poses aimed at hiding hands. Of course, that's only what I can get from the three pieces you've posted.
The color is relatively ok on the first one, but the drawing style isn't appealing at all. You seem to be into average "dark stuff" subject matter, and that's okay, but if you jumpt into that without having a basic concept of shades, shapes, anatomy and all that jazz, it ends up just looking amateurish and like the kind of stuff that every highschooler does when he feels angsty. For example, on your first piece the character is supposed to be wearing a cloak and armor of sorts, but the fabric portion doesn't look like fabric at all, and you seem to have cluttered the armour bits with "pointy stuff" (the hand holding the sword ends up particularly messy because of this) which doesn't do anything for the drawing.
I'd suggest going back to basics and practicing the human body, proportions and positions without any sort of extras for the time being. I don't mean to sound harsh, but i wouldn't apply for an art school with what you have so far.
