My biggest issue with it is that the major corporations didn't really use it for what they said they would. It didn't really fix what it was supposed to, and no one is punishing those people.
When they were given that money, they should have been forced to eliminate CEOs or cut their salaries back a few figures etc.
And I'm sure some did, but many did not.
I feel that rather than removing the bullet and performing a sterile surgery, we just slapped a bandaid on a gunshot wound.
Anyway, I was curious myself how everyone was feeling a year later. Good comments chaps.

Why are they not simply locked as well ?
There was one here earlier about rights of American citizens... & its vanished ??
To me, if a topic is complete crap and useless, I delete it.
If the author had good intentions, I lock it, or if I think the lock message might benefit other users in other ways.
That's just me, and I didn't see the thread in question good sir.

My little sister got bit by one. Took her to the pediatrician, she drank some orange stuff, fine the next day.
I went to a party in high school at someone's camp way out in the country on a river. They had a screened in porch and on that porch, they had a bed. Felt just like sleeping outside.
Oh I agree. I've always hated people that register one way, and as a result of that refuse to vote for anyone or anything outside of their party's beliefs.
When I vote, or make up my mind on a political matter, I weigh it/them individually.
and I'm in the conservative south, so I see ALOT of that crap, where people were brought up in one party and then decide to believe it just because their parents did, and that dictates how they feel about EVERYTHING. Gay marriage, abortion, the economy, and putting retarded flags all over their trucks.
Make your own decisions, based on your own beliefs. Don't choose to agree or disagree with something because of the compass.

Speaking of super mutants, will we be seeing the return of the Behemoth and Overlord?
This may have already been covered, but have they said if it's real time with VATS or a turn based option for combat yet?
Also Dogmeat. He better be there somewhere.
Did anyone find out anything else on the plot?
I don't want it to focus on the BOS. :-(

I believe newgrounds can see where there users are coming from, maybe they could decide a certain amount of users from the particular country that use newgrounds before they start a political page for that specific country. I hope this does not seem to confusing.
Politics is a fairly slow moving forum the way it is, with people from all over. Creating a separate politics forum for every country would be rather useless. We don't have enough of a user base from each country interested in politics.
This forum does just fine in covering all the countries. If you're more interested in Canadian politics, search for threads involving Canada.
If you don't find a thread discussing what you're looking for, then create you're own.
As the other users said, our user base is primarily US, and the NG headquarters is in the US. So logically, most of our topics are about the US as well.
I feel between my post and the others, your question has been answered, so I'm locking this thread and having a sandwich.

Did you notice how many times they frickin said his name? Half the time he was on the bench and they kept showing him. It's like the Saints weren't playing the Colts, they were playing Peyton Manning.
" The weather today is beautiful. and there's Peyton Manning. Yes we have several sponsors for the half time show, by the way , look its Peyton Manning"
I know I'm going to hell because that last quarter, once he realized his team was gonna lose, the look on his face made me happy in my heart.

I don't normally buy valentines day cards, but I'm half tempted to buy one for this girl at work. She's built like Seven (curvy where it counts), she's single and looking, and her roommate came in today and bought hardware to set up a stripper pole in their apartment.
But I'm kind of leery of her, because she's a bit of an airhead who's only goal in life is to be someone's trophy wife, and there's a rumor going around that she likes to sleep around. So I'm weighing the pro's and cons of getting involved with her at any level beyond simply being friends.
ummm NOOOOO
while I appreciate the liking of my curves and not just lumping me in with the fat chicks like alot of guys do-- stay FAR away from any chick who's installing a stripping pole in her house. You dont want YOUR name on that birth certificate for random fatherless baby #4.
I'm not judging you or saying just hooking up is bad, if you're not wanting a relationship, that's cool.
But you can find something cleaner I'm sure.
Mal, I have a friend who's birthday is on Valentine's Day, and got married on Valentine's Day as well.
This is what I found at Hastings today and thought of you all. <3
The Oregon Trail.
You cannot hunt this area any further. You killed 7896 lbs of meat. You can carry 200 back to your wagon.
I'm excited about it, same reason as Jack and some others in here have said.
I know alot of people didn't care for the first two games, but I loved them, and I'm totally ready to see some work from that original team.
My understanding is that quite a few people who were working on Van Buren are working on this (which was the original fallout 3, before the company went bankrupt, way back in the 90s).
I love the series, regardless. Post apocalyptic role play is just fun damn it.
and I got way too excited when I saw that NCR flag.

Agreed with Rydia and GoS about valentine cards. They're either way too serious or really stupid. It's hard to find in the middle ones.

Oh! I saw a jumping spider! We were at the Spanish meadow (a place with a pool, seats and grills that the Spanish Hospital has) and there was this spider on my sandals. Then it jumped on the back of a kid, so I told him "You've got a spider in your back, jump in the pool" so he jumped and his friends were like "You have a mosquito/spider/bug here" and slapped him.
HATE. SPIDERS. THAT. JUMP.

Sometimes the people on the floats throw the whole damn bag full of beads at you, instead of opening them & throwing the individual items.

Oh yeah I know. We haven't had any parades yet, but soon very soon. I haven't gone to one in years but the last time I went, we damn near filled the back of our pick up truck with throws. (between the 5 of us)

If the e-mail address you have NG registered under isn't giving you password reset messages, don't worry about it.
What that means is that someone is trying to log into your account through NG over and over then being locked out.
Change your NG pass to something crazy then run virus scan to pick up anything.

And find the $700 billion bailout money? It's so simple yet so many lazy people aren't even trying.More like politically (and some say, economically) incorrect.
But he's right about taxing the rich. We should tax the hell outta all these football players making millions of dollars a year. and stupid sucky rap artists. Wanna talk about people wasting money and stupid spending? Think about all the starving children in africa we could save with just ONE medallion from Ludacris' chain. Think about all the dinosaurs we could bring back to life through DNA experiments. Think about how much better the radio would sound if we didn't pay them millions of dollars to rap about being a cheap bastard and giving their girlfriends nothing but sex for their birthdays.
I'm middle class and I never get anything back from the IRS, we have to pay 1,000-2,000 every year when we file and that's BS.

As long as you're not over doing it, it won't hurt anything. I was a powerlifter in high school and am now an old chick and so far I've had no issues.
If anything, do some light resistance.
I really enjoyed that speech. You can watch the whole thing on youtube (just in case you didn't know), it's over an hour long. But it's really really good.
We had a bomb threat one time, but they didn't make us leave campus, they made us go sit on the wet bleachers for like 4 hours. Man that was stupid.
