What is the worst movie you've ever seen?
For me it was Zaat. It was a movie that was stunningly awful. The music was terrible, the acting was non existent, special effects were laughable, and the plot was oh so bad. It is as close as I have ever come to seeing a film that is downright unwatchable. Within 10 minutes of starting this film I felt like my brain was being crushed by a giant vice and it gave me the worst migraine I've had ever since.
So, what's the worst movie you've ever seen?

If you think that's interesting, listen to this.

Findsounds.com is ok too, if you can't find what you're looking for on the other sites mentioned.

Wow, they've gotta kill that show off sometime.
The original Doraemon series lasted to 1,787 episodes, so if Naruto gets anywhere close we could be looking at another decade of the series in one form or another.
I'm afraid of doctors. I figure I will go to one and they will recommend some procedure purely for the money and I will be disabled for life, because of greed.

You should probably back up from a microphone a little bit. I can hear you breathing.
Harry Brown is pretty decent if you haven't seen it yet. Michael Caine against a bunch of drug dealers is a classic match-up.

I wish Dame Judi Dench would do more sitcoms.
Granted, but due to their huge success all sitcoms and eventually all television series require Judi Dench to act in them. When she dies the whole television industry implodes and millions of people lose their jobs.
I wish this Iceland volcano would explode already and stop leaving us in suspense.
I have heard people swear by Grado headphones. They're not exactly cheap, but they're cheaper than a lot of other high quality headphones.
I doubt it. I can't give you a particularly good reason, except that as long as I have been around NG hasn't cared at all about political correctness and I don't see that changing anytime soon. It is one of it's strengths, frankly. It's not that this website is perfect, but they are lean harder toward free speech than political correctness, which is a strength that I really appreciate.

Oh, and if you want a cheap filling meal, head to McDonald's and get a McDouble and a McChicken. Put the McChicken between the patties of the McDouble and then dig in.
Well, Freakonomics seems to agree, at least on the McDouble. Cheap, sure, but not very tasty. At least it's not tasty to me. I've found that McDonald's often uses fat and salt to mask and otherwise bland product. I rather a bit more for something where the taste actually comes from the ingredients.
Speaking of tasty, cheap fare, I had a pretty cheap and tasty dish about a week ago at a local Columbian place. It was Caldo de Costilla, which is a beef rib soup and it is full of all kinds of good stuff. It was very large and filling, plus it only came out to 3 dollars. You can take a look at what that entails below. It had cassava as opposed to potatoes, but the photo below is pretty close to what I had.
Here's the link to the recipe, in case anyone wants to try to make this thing.

I'm actually an Economics minor about to finish up that degree. The demand would even itself out locally, although you'd have vastly different prices globally, which would happen regardless of what currency you chose. And you can have Bitcoins exits physically.
Maybe in the future with bitcoins, but at the moment the price of a bitcoin is too volatile. After all, it has fluctuated by almost 25% in the last month. Perhaps when it has stabilized a bit that question could be revisited. I assume you mean actual bitcoins as they currently exist and not bitcoins as a stand in for some future digital currency.

Well, he's definitely interesting. I checked out one of his videos on youtube, since I hadn't heard of him before reading this thread. It looks interesting, so I'll keep a lookout. Thanks for the update.
I grant you one blanket forgiveness for the next time you screw up, but after that you're on your own.

This marathon, particularly the later days, will be a good opportunity for people to discover quality episodes they may have missed because they fell on love with Seth Macfarlane's cock. This might seem like a false opposition, and that people could easily watch both or neither, but people are fucking militant about choosing between the two. I'll admit I was a huge Family Guy fan before it became a parade of uncomfortable anti humor and mean spirited jabs with no real punchline. I watched and I laughed, without changing the channel after the Simpsons.
Some people will also only watch South Park and are militantly against Family Guy and the Simpsons. In any case, I doubt many people who are militantly against watching the Simpsons would use this opportunity to give it a try, but you never know.

Anyway, why not just outright ban travel to/from those countries, period? Don't even question if you're with some group or other but if you're from a country known for terrorists, you just can't immigrate or travel, period. Keep the problems contained to where they already are. All of Europe and the US need to enact such a policy I think.
And if you're not one of the extremists but happen to find yourself in such a country and need to get out, well sucks to be you I guess. Immigrate to some place in Africa or something.
I don't see this happening, since war correspondents and humanitarian groups would be targeted by a blanket ban like this. Stranding people who are actually doing some good in the region in the name of stopping terrorists would stop the law in its tracks. Just imagine how long it would last if every media organization along with a bunch of charities came out against the thing. The English Government tends to respond to bad press like that, so I don't think they would be able to stand up to that kind of pressure for very long.

You could just find an image or group of images that you like and have it printed on a shirt yourself. So long as you don't sell it to anyone else I don't see anyone having too much a problem with that. It is an option, albeit not a great one.
