JOINING RULES
1) Prove your republicanness in any way and I will judge it.

CONDUCT RULES
1) Most importantly please for the love of GOD do not make posts talking about what assholes/morons/liars/coporate fatcats republicans are. We've heard it all before and we're damn sick of it
2) When bashing the other party, please no over the top insults. We don't want to sink tto the level of the likes of Michael Moore do we?
3) please stay on whatever topic is made.

That's all, I'll judge anyone tommorow. Goodnight BBS

4) insert holy cross into your anus
5) hate minorities, but don't let them know you hate them unless you have a white mask on
6) instead of coming up with your own ideas, just regurgitate what some other dick-sucker said in a previous post, while making sure to always avoid successfully making a single intelligent argument.
7) remove cross from anus, insert into mouth.

how about less government intervention, instead of more. i'm sick of the government stamping all over the few personal freedoms we have. u know they tried to make drinking illegal once, and it resulted in immensely powerful organized crime. smoke if you want, who the #### cares.

it all depends on what ur into. if your into new wave jazz, then Medeski Martin and Wood are ur way to go. download "Ten Dollar High". it's like fuckin mario on acid its crazy. if your into just absolute insane mind-expanding concept music, listen to "Third Eye" or "Reflection" by Tool, or anything by Pink Floyd. A general rule of thumb is u can never go wrong with a little Stairway to Heaven. For those of u who dig the rap, Dilated Peoples is pretty sweet. If you like experimentation, try a little Ravi Shankar, he's an Indian sitar player who toured and recorded with the Beatles. And of course, lets not forget String Cheese Incident. They're a little like Phish, only much simpler and a little smoother. Download "Best Feeling", or "Jellyfish". As far as heavy metal goes, there is absolutely no substitution for Chimaira. I saw them live twice, and it is the most mindfucking experience of all time. I smoke three blunts with my friend and i got the shit kicked out of me.

my take on communism versus capitalism

communism: a carpenter's function is equally as valuable as a lawyer's or a doctor's.

capitalism: a lawyer, depending on his amount of scumbagness, can achieve great things compared to a healer of sick or builder of houses.

communism: yay! no more class warfare. crime is gonna go down because there is no lower class. everyone gets the same health care.

capitalism: rich become richer, poor become poorer. rich people deserve better organs, and medicine.

communism: sharing

capitalism: MINE!

yes, the starting with your own kid part is the philosophical part of the question. for these questions its more how you do it, or your line of thinking than anything else.

no, because i don't hate my friends, and how bout this for a question:

you're on a boating trip with your kid and his friend in the middle of the lake. both kids don't know how to swim and the boat sinks. shore is a little less than a mile away, but both kids seem to be struggling just to stay above water. your kids friend is closer to you and the shore. it is clear that you have enough time to save one kid. what do u do?

the government was set up so that if there were enough people who despised it, they wouldnt have to revolt with bloodshed. thats what democracy is, an easy way to get majority rule. the only way i could see some good coming would be if the green party became a major contender in years to come, or other parties. right now we are basically forced to either vote rep. or dem. which both suck eally bad.

your having problems comparing civil liberties, and civil protection in an essay?! are u fucking stupid? that essay could write itself. Just describe the pros and cons of civil protection at the cost of civil liberties, and you will find that civil liberties outweighs civil protection tenfold. write about past instances where a lack of civil liberties led to problems, almost all of them are solved by giving civil liberties back to the people.

would you rather everyone in the country blindly follows a leader, just like in the good old days before democracy, or would you rather have people who look at information in a little more detail, and help people decide what's going on in the world for themselves between what's being said by cnn, or what's actually happening? personally, i think the michael moores of the world are here to stay, and they damn well better.

the average american consumer worships free-trade. "hooray for Wal-Mart's everyday low prices!" unfortunately, everyone is blind to the fact that people are paid a few cents an hour in miserable conditions, under the rule of fear and humiliation across the Pacific in order to get you the discount on that jersey or sweater. just another example of people taking ignorance over truth.

think about playing chess. you have a goal, which is to defeat your opponent, and ultimately gain his power. you make sacrifices to excel in the long run, strategically. but do you know why you never feel guilty after a good game of chess? because the pieces aren't human beings, they're expendable. the whole concept of war is just a sick game of chess, where they use every soldier as a pawn.
