I think that there are definitely room for both. I enjoy realistic works in a more technical, cerebral manner, whereas more stylized pieces hit me in a more emotional way.

When I was a freshman, I used to wear this hoodie all the time & like never washed it. This girl that sat behind me in History put a pencil mark on my back & I didn't notice, the next day it was still there & she called me out. Pretty embarrassing.
