You should seriously consult a lawyer before just letting them walk over you. I have read some of te past legal problems and it was smart to back down, for example the robocop one you had no choice even though they were idiots since it was a tribute, but in this one you really could win. Of course its dumb to jump the gun but at least consult a lawyer. God these people must have no time on their hands they waste time looking for websites to fuck with!!

Dont let them do this tom. It unfair i mean using a for adult is a known term and they certainly didnt invent it. Thats like mcdonalds suing burger king since burger king made burgers after them. As long as you dont keep the terms the same they have nothing on you so just add older and the end of everything like this:
Teen and older= To (they use T not To)
Mature and older= Mo (they use M not Mo)
Adult and older= Ao ( same symbol but if it means different they should have nothing on you you can even make it Aol for safety)
This way newcomers wont be confused by these wierd terms like hd??

Well last post im putting here , too depressing, but i wanted to say people should stop saying hes strong.
The bare facts are no matter how strong he was commiting suicide was very weak and he was to afraid to face prison os unless you actualyl knew him stop saying hes strong. Just respect him its not easy to always be strong and i dont blame him, we all have our faults

This is sorta off topic but he wasnt cowardly and there is a good chance he was murdered since:
1. At the time he had a plane ticket to leave, so why would he waste money then kill himself
2.He was the first celebrity dad he always showed off his son francis and loved him.
3.Even Courtney Cox's dad, his wife, said he thinks she hired someone to kill him.
4.Courtney Cox was always drugged up and said she didnt like him.

Also you shouldnt judge Adam Falton for commiting suicide because you didnt know his state of mind or his life.

I cant believe some people are getting mad because people who didnt know him are saying RIP. Listen morons the point of saying that is to show that even if you didnt know him you recognize the fact that he was a misunderstood person and didnt deserve his death. In other words your just wishing him a happy afterlife. How the hell is that bad???!!! I never knew him but he seemed like a nice guy so...

RIP Adam Fulton if god is really benevolent he'll look past your suicide and more into what you did with your life.

I found this post very sad. It showed the true story behind the suicide. It might seem wierd that i put a smiley but i put this here because im sure wherever Adam Christopher Falton is, whether your religious or not, he is glad that people can read this and see the truth. I mean imagin if you heard abouyt this story without reading the note you would just think he was some phsyco who attacked a cop and couldn't take the heat... This has a morale of sorta don't judge without knowing the whole story.

Hey Tom, you probly wont be reading this far back but just to tellya ive been coming here since 97 (I was 9 lol) and iv always loved this site. I completly agree with you about these morons who dont apreciate newgrouns but on a more realistic sense your way is the only good way of showing off flash so just remember this one thing. If a guy copies you it just mean your idea was so perfect he couldn't resist.

I've been going to newgrounds since i was really damn young (1997) and never been so pissed. I typed in the code but must have made a mistake because it said error. And then hundreds of error popups appeared. WTF. i can understand like 20 you just close group. But it kept going . Pleqase STOP THIS

Lets be honest here do you seriously think this will be a big hit. I mean with game like Halo, Deus ex, panzer dragoon, MGS...
There so many humongous games that have a staff of hundreds of people working for years. Also compare this to some upcoming games, Halo 2, Fable, MGS3. I understand Tom Fulp is trying to make a fun game and thats smart youl make some good money from NG user sale :). But this is for the idiot who think this game will leave a big mark. Sorry for being a realist;).

When i played your game i love it but was appaled at the battle system. I know its a demo but to make sure u fix it heres some suggestions. First of all all those other commands are pointless since all u need to do is stand stil and press attack. To fix this let your guy do jump attacks, croush attacks, gaurd up, and down, and maybe throw in some special mopves (not too many cuase you dont wanna slow down a crap comp too badly and its alot of work) and finnaly some counter attack (block then rightaway attack. Also having an inventory screen where u can outfit your guy A la Toon the Rpg (Demo),you should check it out for ideas. Also make your guy look different with different armor and shit because theres nothing people like more then having a kickass guy. Please understand i loved your game but i just want to make sure when the actual one comes out you dont just add stuff but improve.
