Actionscripts in a turned-based game(Like pokemon, final fantasy)

I am looking for an animator, because I would like it in a cartoon feel, noit a sprite one.

Turned Based Game--ActionScripts
OK now in the Pokemon games they have the you and the enemy slide across the screen getting ready to battle...Now I was wondering what Actionscripts are need to make a Turn-based game like the pokemon battles & Final Fantasy!

I have it one of teh buttons once you click on it will teleport you onto the outside of the button so if you don't click and hold your mouse fast enough you lose!

Ok I'm having a little trouble on making a moving backround like when my character is running! In more detail runing through open land with some tree behind and infront of him(layers) to make the behind and front, but for the moving part!

Ex. of the script beginning

Place: Small town USA
Time: Dusk on Poos Birthday (whatever time of year that is)
Setting: All the 3Fs gather in his yard to celebrate Poos 40th birthday.

Fade up.....

As the camera pans across the party you can see all the 3Fs peeps toasting Poo with tequila shots. Beer makes a toast. Falcon is mixing on his turntables. Poo wants to open presents but nobody got him anything...

Suddenly in the distance a huge explosion rips the night. A strange cloud of green flame erupts on the horizon. Falcons music screeches to a halt....

Silence....

The group stares at the odd green glow in the sky.... as a weird smelling mist falls across the earth...everyone looks at Poo but no....this time the smell isnt him.

Marbles comes running out from inside the house to tell everyone what he just saw on the TV....

The local chemical plant, "Amalgamated Scientific Substances" has just exploded and whatever they were making is now raining down across the city. Everyone rushes inside to view the report on Poos 13 inch black and white TV....

A reporter is telling everyone to stay inside until the chemical can be tested and announced as "safe" and that hazardous materials specialists are now trying to plug the big A.S.S. hole.

DeerDance suggests that they just continue the party...what else can they do for now? The party goes on with mucho tequilia being pounded by all....

I'm making my first Zelda Flash and I need your opinion...
The Story is about Link finding out about Zelda Losing her virginity because of Ganon.

I'm trying to create a Flash Movie on the Macromedia Flash mx. But my artwork sucks. So I just made a flash about the Legend of Zelda Remix by Rabbit joint pretty cool and all ,but I really need help on my artwork for my flash can anyone give me pointers on improving my artwork! I could draw pretty good but when it comes to drawing on a computer I suck BAd any pointers!

I could draw 8 bit character pretty good but don't know how to animate then =(
