Theres been an anouncement of sony's new porable system, the psp or playstation portable. With a screen almost twice the size of the gba, backlit lcd display, speaker stereo, rechargeable batteries...it might even over take the game boy, which ruled over the handheld world for a decade. Plus you can play mp3s as well as games! And one of the first games planned is Final Fantasy 7-2 (a direct sequel to final fantasy 7)

Two of the pioneers of RPGs merged last Tuesday. Squaresoft and Enix. Both known for some of the most popular games ever: Final Fantasy and Dragon Warrior.
Do you think it was a good idea to merge into SquareEnix?
