not meaning to tattle tale, but if youre going to delete illamay's "remix" then please delete this too, which uses the original instruments + an acapella.

yeah why is b0unc3 not getting banned for using acapellas?
does anybody here actually give a shit about whether he uses acapellas in his tunes or do u just care about strictly policing the rules so you look good in front of the moderators?

Not a good way to come back, defending someone who maybe doesn't necessarily deserve the "hate" he got, but isn't doing much to convince us otherwise.
i haven't been in the audio forum in a long time but jesus christ, you guys turned into a bunch of haters!
the ap used to be chill, but this is just unnecessary hatin.
Rucklo, illaMay is a good friend of mine who recently purchased an Akai MPC 1000 to make beats with. He's been making beats for a while now. When he's done arranging a beat he'll load the beat onto his PC and put an acapella over it in order to show how the beat would work with somebody rapping over it (he doesn't rap at all).
If you are banning him for using acapellas, then i think a warning would be a little more appropriate than a uber-permaban, but if you are banning him for uploading something he put no effort into, then I'd recommend you use some better judgement next time before you go and ban somebody on a whim when there is in fact no proof that this music is stolen, and I submit in all honesty that my friend Matt made these beats on his MPC.
I'll just start off by getting it over with quickly. I am leaving NG for a month! My grades have been recently dropping noticably, and I can admit that it is due to spending most of my afterschool time making music or talking to you guys.
I will still be coming here to deposit, and if the redesign comes I'm going to have to abort the mission :P
@Glib: How come you don't use groups? I've found them to be very useful when arranging. It helps me tell one pattern from another without viewing the piano roll.
