Hey I was wondering if anyone here has used those Springbak shoe inserts that are supposed to make you jump higher, run faster etc. and if they work, as I am considering buying a pair.

I am trying to make a navbar for a site, where the buttons starts out white with blue writing and when the cursor is over it is blue with white writing. I want to make it so that when the cursor is moved off the button it fades back to white. I tried putting the button into a movie clip with the button in the first frame, and a shape tween of the butting fading back to white in the next frames. On "on rollout" or whatever I made it play but was faced with the problem of the button flashing once before it faded because it returned to its original state before fading. I am fairly inexperianced and this is the only approch I couldthink of taking.

In flash, how do you disable and change the options in the context menu, the thing that comes up when right click and has stuff like play, rewind. quality, zoom etc.
I find sometimes too much crap is left undeleted, while anning becomes too strict.
