Hey guys. I been lifting weights for about two months. My gains have been alright so far, but I wanted a bit more, so I started drinking Protein shakes. Damn those thinks really do taste awful, even with the excessively sweet Chocolate flavouring. I couldn't even really drink it, so I had to hold my nose and skull it, which, is not what you are probably supposed to do and it makes you feel sick in the stomach, but I managed to keep it down. Boy this is going to be fun.
Has anyone here used them before? Have they worked for you? I sure hope they work if it's gonna be like this everytime I use them.
