To you? That'll be 6.99$/EU/£/Meat/[Enter whatever other currency]

And just to add to the OP, if you want to know more, as in, more specific stuff or just have good ol' questions, throw a PM at me. I'll dodge, but you'll get the satisfaction of throwing stuff at people anyway.

Looking for a Flasher Posted December 29th, 2007 in Game Development

All right, so I was minding my own business here and humming a tune when out of the blue, a lightning struck! No, not really. That'd be silly. I just got an idea.

I've many times thought about it being pretty nice if I could make cool flash movies and put them up here for everybody to see. Rather sadly, I lack many fundamental requirements for doing such a feat. Some of them include: lack of skill, lack of software and plain old lack of time. Yeah, it's hard to be me.

Anyhoo, I then decided that to hell with it, having no way of making a flash isn't going to stop me from making one! Just because I can't do the scripting and artwork and all the other fancy stuff, there's got to be something I can do. Well, I can write.

So, here I am. Not requesting some minor thing expert or anything, but actually expecting to find a person to do the basic crafting of the flash. I already have a few ideas in my head and I'll spend the rest of this post explaining the foremost, so if you're not really interested in doing the job you can stop reading.

In my head there is this kind of a flash serie about a fictional talk show hosted by the not-so-professional George Klumster. It would generally tell about the everyday recording of the show, that never really seems to get anywhere. Still, Klumster keeps on doing it every day so there's got to be something they're putting on air.

Other characters of the Klumster Show include, but aren't limited to: The Director, George's boss who never seems to get his jokes and is probably the only person who's trying to keep the show from going completely haywire. Tom, the assistant music editor (eh, a talk show really needs one, honest!) who every character periodically forgets about and who does a bit this and that on the set. Twig, a recurring character who is often called in to replace lost guests. His personality is very deep and he is the true cornerstone of the series. Not really, it's just a bloody twig.

In terms of artwork, the flash could basically look like anything, but as it is more to the humorous side, perhaps a too serious look isn't good. Basically, a simple comic-style might be the best, but it's really just about what fits the other stuff.

Anyways, someone caught an intrest?

PS. I'm going to hope you didn't take your flashing-coat from the closet ready. You pervert.
