I lived off Slim Fast when I had my braces tightened in middle school. It hurt too much to have anything else.

IIRC, boobs are fine as long as no part of the nipple is visible.

Looks like Bell hyperextended his knee. There's a lot of bitching around town, but I honestly don't think Reggie Wilson went for Bell's knees on purpose. While there is no ligament damage and the injury is not that serious, thankfully, I highly doubt he'll be playing. This is the point where folks will be like "see, the Steelers should have kept Blount," but seriously, he had to go. I liked what I've seen from Josh Harris so far, and was surprised by his explosiveness. Dri Archer is still a maybe in my book. It's one thing to have a tiny guy on the team, but he is REALLY tiny. Him trying to push against guys like a linebacker is a joke.

Either way, Harris, Archer, and the rest of the team really need to step it up. There were some downright boneheaded mistakes made by both teams. As for the Bengals, I'm unsure if Green has a concussion or not.

I think Beckham may have saved Tom Coughlin's job. Not sure you'd want to go after Suh though. The guy's a liability. It's one thing to get himself fined, but another to incur personal fouls and back your team up. For example, I still think back in 2007, the Broncos player who punched the other guy's helmet (I forget his name) cost his team the game.

An unarmed black guy was shot dead on New Years day 2009 on a train station one hour away from where I live, in Oakland. He was arrested after allegedly fighting on a train and then placed on the ground drunk and distraught and was shot once. The cop said he mistook his gun for a tAser. The cop was prosecuted for murder two and was found guilty of manslaughter. He received 1-2 years of prison for the guy's death. The police department and city also settled a $1.5 million lawsuit and rightfully so.

That's the thing. If folks jump on the bandwagon for cases where the shooting was justified, they lose credibility, and ACTUAL cases of police brutality fall through the cracks because everyone else thinks the ones crying "police brutality" are crying wolf. It's also worth mentioning that police brutality and unchecked police power affects ALL races and ethnicities.

What I have noticed with these cases is the amount of outrage is disproportionate to how much outrage is actually justified. People are all pissed out about Antonio Martin, Vonderrit Myers Jr., and Michael Brown, when, quite simply, they were criminals who got what they deserved. But no one is saying a word about Tamir Rice when wrongdoing on the part of the officer was clear from the get-go.

"I [CENSORED] My Way Out of a DUI is a single serving fantasy from Autumn Cole’s 101 Naughty Stories to Read When You’re Alone series.

April has never cheated on her boyfriend Rex before, and never thought she would. But after a girl’s night out going to a Maroon 5 concert, she’s stopped by the highway patrol for speeding. She’s barely had anything to drink, but that doesn’t mean she’s be getting off free, at least not without getting both of her arresting officers off first.

Officer Jude came up behind me. He ran his hands up my legs, then around to my stomach, pulling my blouse from my skirt before slipping both hands under my shirt and squeezing my [CENSORED] hard. I felt a flare of anger, suddenly certain the [CENSORED] did this all the time. He said, “Just making sure you’re not hiding anything inside,” before pulling his hands from my bra and making me want to kill him.

Officer Goodman stood a foot away, watching.

Even though I was pissed as [CENSORED] for being taken advantage of, I couldn’t turn off the part of my body that loved being watched felt and smelled like an animal; the part that loved to have my body fondled, even from crooked [CENSORED] cops.

Already, my [CENSORED] were bullets and my [CENSORED] a waterslide; skin kissed by the crisp earliest morning air.

Even though Officer Jude already made sure I wasn’t hiding anything in my bra, his hands were back on my [CENSORED], pinching my [CENSORED] and making them harder. He told me to take off my shirt while Officer Goodman gently pushed me down onto the hood.

You’ll love this story of multiple partners and dubious consent, wondering what you would do to stay out of trouble yourself."

I suppose we can try playing Mad Libs with this. Why were his hands on her German?

Yeah, WTF happened to Peyton Manning? He wasn't playing this badly last season. I'm thinking he might be getting too old to play. He's 38, which is ancient in the NFL. John Elway took a gamble on him initially and hit blackjack, but he still had gas left in the tank. His arm also isn't what it was. Nothing against Peyton; I think all players eventually hit a point where they're too old and need to hang up their cleats.

They may just be too lazy. They may also just not want to risk any of what they have for the goal.

Not only that. Protesting is not going to get you anywhere unless you have a strategy. I have yet to see anything resembling a strategy from anyone protesting. Sure, there are lofty goals, but no strategy, which stems from a lack of organization.

Then there's the lack of leadership. I don't see a King or a Gandhi, just a bunch of people yelling canned messages.

Let's take the civil rights movement, for example. Yes, they wanted voting rights, equal employment, and to send their children to white schools. But the folks participating in the movement all sat down and discussed everything, and realized: the only way they were going to accomplish any of that was by ending legalized segregation. That became the strategy and the short-term goal. Once they accomplished that, they were able to move onto other things.

Even before the two cops were killed, this lack of strategy was the biggest reason these protests will go absolutely nowhere.

Response to: Weekly HandEgg Thread (NFL TALK) Posted 9 days ago in General

If it were any other team besides the Bills, they could rest all their starters and still beat the Raiders. They're not playing anywhere near as decently as they did against the Packers a couple of weeks back.

I did pick the Cowboys to beat the Colts, but like others have said, Romo et al will crash and burn come January.

Finally, the Steelers are in the playoffs! I'll take 10-5 over 8-8 any day. There are still some red zone offense issues, but the defense was playing like the old Steel Curtain today. If they keep this up, it should make for some exciting games. Not sure how badly Ben is hurt though. He seemed to be OK, but I'm wondering if the other player deliberately tripped him. Hard to tell from the replay.

Is it me or is Andy Reid getting bigger? He's like Galactus and will consume everything.

The Supreme Court recently heard arguments on whether threatening language posted online is free speech/can be constituted as a threat. I imagine this case will play a role in the eventual decision. With that case as well, Lee Rigby's killers discussed their plans online, and I imagine that will too.

As for this...I know Al Charlatan slapped together a statement condemning the actions, but the silence from organizations like the NAACP is deafening. Any credibility the whole "black lives matter" movement/protests/whatever the hell they are had, if any, is gone. People are just going to associate the murders with the movement, regardless of whether any perceived connection has any merit.

It's also worth noting, race riots such as what we have been seeing are what helped get Nixon elected. NIXON, for chrissakes. I'm wondering how this will affect the 2016 election, but that's another topic altogether.

One of my coworkers, who works in cyber threat analysis, is Korean and a native speaker. He took a look at the Korean words that were supposedly in the malware and they're gibberish--Google Translate quality at best. No native Korean would make such serious grammatical mistakes. His theory is a disgruntled Sony employee trying to shift the blame. After all, attacks come from the inside anymore.

I don't know if what he's saying has any merit or not. But the FBI is pinning this on North Korea with what looks to me to be very spurious evidence. Yes, North Korea has a hacking team, but what proof do they have of that? Unless I see something more concrete, I'm not going to be convinced that it wasn't some random hacking team that wasn't necessarily state-sponsored.

Wired has a good article about this. My coworker did not even read it before making his judgment.
