how do i make my crosshair follow my mouse with code and how do i make him turn and look wherever the mouse move?

ive been using this code:

Energy-=1
Money+=10

}

to do my rpg game but the dam code is broken i think, the if(Energy<0) part doesn't stop the money count it stops the energy at 10 and wont budge allowing the player to get infinte money and to be honest it is pi$$ing me off anyone who can i would appreciate it

il may cry games in general couldnt beat the first one less i was on easy and the third devilay cry was impossible

i was really looking forward to the next iteration after just recently picking up a very old copy of assasins creed 2. i beat the game and was hungering for more until i read in game informer that there was going to be ezio again. i like ezio but they gave us a plot about the world ending and there just gonna dish out ezio and a small army of assasins built in with multiplayer it sounds fun but were looking at a short singleplayer campaign and ezio is like 40! how much longer until we find out about the em field and the end of the world and desmond and the next anscestor?! i really dont want to wait!
so what do you guys think?
