preparations - eat alot of eggs and beans

There's always the option to delete the "good" posts from a trolling thread - but then again, if the one who made such a good post decided to post in a thread that was spam, and that he/she/it most likley even RECOGNIZED as spam - then i really do think the user deserves to get banned along the others.
