Never heard of them. But we certainly don't need another spam group. I suggest everyone keep their eyes peeled for any of them doing illegal activities such as file swaps, malicious Flash or alt accounts so they can be stamped out right away.
What color scheme do you think an EGB website should have?
I've been thinking a Blue/Silver scheme, but I don't know if those colors would fit the actual imagery of the EGB well or not.
Well, looking at the actual ranks of high ranks, I think a gold/white combo could look sexy. Or a gold/red/white combo, just like the badges themselves.

Hey, all just checking in for a bit. The last couple weeks have been busy and my schedule is totally off right now. On top of that, I've been sick so any free time I've had has been mostly laying down.
Anyway, I'm still around even if I haven't posted in a day or two.
Oh, and was there an 'attack' yesterday? Looking in the obituaries I see a lot of "Wade" and "Wade's Wife" flashes that have been blammed. Many with a 0.00. hehe. Also a KK Flash was blammed which is always nice to see.

Well, the big one that needs fixing is that Phantom is back and head of the NGDD again so he needs his status back on that list as well as his XR counted up.
Also, in the department list it may make more sense to list people in order of their departmental XR score, not the NGDD score.

I do like the idea of Portal Mods as I brought it up months ago in this club. However to use them properly the rules of the portal need to be more clear and somewhat more restrictive to include SPAM Flash as a whistle option.
Also, I feel that Flash should remain able to be whistled until the 2,000 views where an artist can only make changes to it with approval. However, the difference would be that after a Flash passes thru the portal, the whistle does not remove it from the system and people can still watch it. All it would do is raise a flag on something that only a Portal Mod or Admin could see. The original sucks balls and I'd love if it were never made again. The fact he lists so many co-authors AFTER it passes the portal since it would not pass with them attached is despicable. They need to make it so you can't add co-authors without approval since people are side-stepping the higher score threshold for more co-authors.

Ahhhhh, Clock Day. How I don't like that day any more after last year.
I believe in leniency on Clock Day, but the level people took it to last year was an NG all-time low. Yeah, a crummy Flash with a clock yapping about garbage should pass. It's Clock Day after all. It's the spirit of the day. But then when you have blank white screens, flashing loops submitted MANY, MANY times and everything is BLUE?!?!? It's fucked up.
Days later Tom toted about how many Flash were submitted, but when you look at cereal, Milfred and Fleek who submitted masses of Flash themselves... well, then it sucked.
In fact, there were some actual good Flash that day like any other Clock Day. Unfortunately they were buried in shit and a portal that was flying fast as hell.
Maybe this Clock Day will be some of these alt spammers last day when Wade catches them all and deletes, deletes, deletes. >=)
They should rename it SPAM Day if this happens again because it's obviously how people see the day. You and still see how bad it was if you weren't here for it, folks. It was many months ago and we're STILL pissed about it.

I HIGHLY suggest giving the NGDD profile a look. Almost all of your questions are answered there.
And you get XR for whistles (check the profile for more info on that) and you get 1XR for every 50 B/P you earn.

Sorry for the DP, but to add to this:
Almost everyone here reviews, but almost no one actually makes Flash (at least not on a constant basis), so I like keeping it in Portal where the most people can benefit. Especially since I don't forsee many, if any people joining Flash Dept just because they review.
Make sense? Like I wouldn't want people who review and not make Flash be very screwed in ranking because they are in the Flash Dept and people are making Flash as well. At least if you are in the Portal Dept chances are you do at least 2 out of the 3 things that are in there in some form or fashion.
