Just want to state a few facts about what supposedly happened and how I feel about it since I think a few things are being overlooked, ok? Cool.
*Someone had said that him killing his wife and child may be something he did in his right mind given the situation.
Let me debunk, ok? Yes, ok. His wife was bound. People dont ask to be bound. Blood was found around her body. People bleed for a reason.
His child was 7 years old. Seven. Not bound as there would be no need. He is too small to fight someone 220lbs.
If Chris Benoit was doing something out of love for his family, then there would have been no blood and his wife most certainly never would have been bound. He also killed his son later on, possibly not the same day and himself possibly a few hours, but no more than a day later. This is not something a sane person does. A person in their right mind does this? No.
If he was, he would have, at some point, called an ambulance or brought them to a hospital. If his child was truly ill, his wife would have found a way to call the hospital even if she was sick, or Benoit would have done so. There have been zero reports, ZERO, that this was done.
*Someone also said that smothering is a "gentle" death.
No it isn't. People in a rage grab a pillow and shove it onto someone's face in anger and will do so until the anger subsides. It also isn't gentle if someone is bound for a reason to prevent a fight. It was also reported, that only the child was smothered and the wife was strangled. Strangling is not gentle, either in no way, shape or form. I am still unaware if she was strangled, though or not as it seems to go back and forth between stories.
*Steroids in the house or no?
Yes, they have been reported as found. Whether they were prescription or not has not been released to my knowledge, but if they were there, he had used them at some point, whether it be to heal in 2002, or if he continued to get them by another means (let's all remember Anna Nicole Smith and all hose prescriptions she should not have had, so this could be a common problem) is yet to be seen.

Now, of course none of us really know exactly what happened in this house as I said before, but looking at some facts you can start to remove scenarios.
One that is removed would be Benoit being of sound mind and body and killing his wife and child, then himself. He called no ambulance, his wife was bound, he killed 3 people, including himself in the span of no more than 3 days.
One remaining on the table is him snapping and doing the unthinkable in that Georgia home.
Another remaining is someone else has made this happen, killed his wife and son, called Benoit and told them they were ill and when Benoit arrived to find them dead, was himself attacked and hung upon his gym equipment to die. I hope so badly it wasn't Chris Benoit that did these acts and whoever DID do it is found and brought to justice.

I also would like to go on record of saying that the WWE is handling this the wrong way. All facts are not out yet at all and they have basically severed all memory with the guy. Taking down his memorial on the webpage? Fine. But removing his persona from it and all merchendise as well? This is overboard! We still don't have an answer of if he was murdered or a murderer! Unconcionable!

I also detract me saying he was an evil person if he did this as I think that was hasty, however... if he DID do this, it was an extremely evil ACT. Whether he was in his right mind or not, whether it was in "good, loving intentions" or not. If someone you love is deathly ill, you call the hospital, a doctor, not just the WWE, folks. He called them and said they were spitting up blood, but they were at home and not in the hospital.
Seriously, come on.
