Around 8:00PM PST (I'm the only one who lives in that time zone, aren't I?), the quality and attendance of the forums starts to decline.
By 10:00, there's usually around 40 people in General. You'd think that's a lot of people, but after 20 minutes you realize that there's only 3 who are posting.
After 10:30, all forums are pretty much dead.
