convert it to avi (you can have the entire movie in just 800mb)
and then drag it to itunes from finder (not sure it works if you have windows)

macintosh is overall just a little bit better operating system because it supports the hardware so well, but windows 7 is really good too, and because the hardware for most pc's is cheaper (although windows is more than 3 times as expensive) everyone is gonna buy that anyway (except for designers and audio developers, Macs rule for that)
