I looked at the Bill of Rights, and guess what I found?
First Amendment - We all know about this one, right?
Violations:
- Mass suspensions of peaceful dissidents
- Preventing peaceful protest
- Forcing a religious view down the throats of others
Eighth Amendment - Prohibition of excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment
Violated by the unjustified "stay away from children order" which had no relation to the original unjustified charges.
Fourth Amendment - Protection from unreasonable search and seizure
Violated by the shirt-lifting to find the letters "GP" on students. Pulling up a young woman's shirt to see if she has a phrase or insignia under it seems to qualify as unreasonable search to me, and also probably qualifies as sexual assault.
the deliberate violation of three separate constitutional amendments in the Bill of Rights warrants jail time.
