Then you can export it. You cannot export it to a .swf and submit it to newgrounds. You can submit it to youtube though.
Thats what im trying do, submit to youtbe.
But all there is under file is:

open
save project
save project as
save movie file
capture
import
and properties

I made a video, and want to save it, but every time i hit "Save movie file" it always has the type as WMP or what ever the default is, how do i change it?
