Congress can vote on certain issues raised by its members. Congress could pass a bill declaring every tuesday muffin day or reccomend to vote 5 or blam an entry before the table. However, this is just an "Articles of Confederation" or basic outline of our government.

The Congress will elect the president and impeach them when they are inactive or not fulfilling his duties. The president's vote counts as 2 instead of 1 also. There will be campaign season too, a week long of voting and advertising for candidates. How long the President will be in office will be inculded in the ratification of this.

The President also has the power to reject Congress' vote on certain things and demand a revote within 30minutes of the bill's passing.

Each member of the body is appointed by the leader of that specific party to serve in the Congress. Only two members per state though, so remember.

The first leaders will be appointed by me, just to get the Congress started. To allow another Party into Congress it must be brought up to the Supreme Heads of Congress (Me and the first ones I appoint will serve).
