The new nvidia graphics cards aren't jack shit to the 5970s, and ATI has cheaper water cooling kit setups for their graphics cards. Also this mobo only supports crossfire, so Nvidia is out of the question.

48gbs of RAM isn't nearly what I need. I edit films for a brother, and run servers for a cousin, who himself has bought a shit load of servers and my service to have them always running.

Also, this board takes up to 128gb.
