overall, if I were you, I wouldn't worry too much about all the sound qualities being equal as much as I would be worried about making sure they're all at a relatively equal volume level. you don't want some peoples' lines to be extremely loud while the other person's lines are extremely quiet. But you also don't want to mess up the quality of any of the lines by distorting it (a result of increasing the volume of audio without compressing it).
Online project always tend to have audio issues like this, so the only real alternative is to not exactly let the different qualities bug you too much. either that or find actors that all have high quality mics.

I have a bunch of sound files that have recorded voices on them, i'm using them in my flash animation.

The problem is some of them have a lower sound quality then others.
Is there anything I can use to change the quality so it all sounds even?

I have a few voice recordings that have a low volume, I was wondering what can I use to increase the volume and save it?

I was on my way to the dentist for a routine checkup today, when I was called in I was getting my teeth polished which took about 5 minutes.

During this the radio was playing in the room, when all of sudden the artist I was praying not to come on started. Justin Bieber! Fuck that, having a load of hooks in your mouth and you cant leave while Justin Bieber is killing your ears. Not my best day people!

Dont become overwhelmed with your animation. This usually happens when you think about how much left you have to complete. Just think of everthing in small parts and concentrate on only that, then move on to the next part and then the next.
This works for me when im trying to carry on with my animation.

My assemblies are full of vomiting speeches for its cheesy lines and clich'e phrases that just embarrass you so much, and this week it just raised a new limit of awfulness.

The speaker was talking to us about trying your best and studying hard for exams, and at the same time a presentation was being shown. Then out of nowhere a Miley Cyrus song played on the presentation. It was that song the "The Climb". I was just dying on the inside. But I will probably just skip further assemblies from now.

Today in school i was stuck talking to one of the most boring people who hardly talks, I thought it was the perfect chance to activate my fake call app on my phone. Once I pretended to answer the fake call the boring guy asked to hear the caller because I told him before about the fake call app a while ago.
Once I gave the phone to him he heard in a girl voice " hello? hello? you there? ". The voice was recorded obviously, the timing went perfectly and I got out of the boring coversation.

Best feature on my phone!
