The sound fx and Bullet holes will make the beginning and middle make more sense because without them you are clueless.

The animation seems a bit jumpy and slow. But other then that its pretty decent.

Hilarious, but the ghost looks a bit messy, and it would be funny if pac-man ate the ghost after he talks to him.

Its good but I notice a change in the speed of pac-man. Try to keep it at the same pace, and It would be good if you could add the ghost's into the maze.
