You say you want high quality work, and you dont want to pay (the reason being you're not rich).I dont think anyone would put down their time and efforts for you then when they themselves are not rich and have other nicer and more polite clients to attend to. think about it :)

i haven't draw anthro much for like almost 16 years of my life and i have bad drawing skills both at traditional & digital drawing that's why i dont draw much these days
