Perfection is 100%
Close To Perfection is something like 90%
So what is close to the perfect political system according to you?
or ask yourself:
What political system do you think would be able to satisfy 80% of a popualtion?
In mathematical terms, yes, perfect is 100%. You're letting the English language get in the way of reasoning. A perfect government does not exist - you even admitted that yourself. Like I said before, because it doesn't exist, nothing can be relative to it.
To answer your other question: How the hell would I know?
I don't mean to be attacking your posts, I'm just defending my points.
You guys can't chill out with that shit. You gotta listen to Prefuse 73, Boards of Canada, and Blue States to name a few...

Because there is no "perfect," nothing can be relative to it, and therefore nothing is close to being perfect.

You cannot avoid error. No one can know for certain what a person's exact IQ is anyway. To make up for that, it is instead generalized, and with that comes the large error.
Nothing can be "perfect." That's common sense.
Okay, I know one thing that is perfect - my homemade chocolate-chip cookies :-P
-but that's it...

Boston, Buffalo, New York, Albany, Baltimore, Los Angeles, San Jose, Miami, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, St. Louis, Detroit and Lake Placid. ( If that's considered a real city, it seemed small )
Unless you personally know every single American and European, you cannot prove that point. Even if you gave every person an IQ test and tallied up the results, there would still be a large error percentage involved. You should probably try to argue something else, as this point will not lead anywhere...

Large amounts of sugar consumption from these drinks increases activity, and causes kids to lose focus on the education at hand.
They should be allowed in high school. However, they should not be sold in the lunchroom. Selling them there makes them too easy and too convenient.
Here's the solution--many schools have laminated plastic student ID cards. Put a barcode on these cards, then put a barcode scanner on the machine. Allow each parent to tell the school how many sodas they will allow their kids to buy in a certain period of time. Encode this information in the barcode system. This way, parents can actually have a say in their child's habits at school instead of letting the government and industry impose a black and white standard for a gray student body.
Woah, woah, woah... back up a second. That is way too complicated. No one would do that due to the costs involved and the complications of setting up that kind of a system. You might want to think on smaller terms.
Not everybody hates Bush. The younger generation tends to be more liberal than the older gen, and that is why you see more people complaining online about Bush. People also like to blame Bush for things beyond his control for some reason. For example, Bush does not hate black people; that comment made by the dumbass rapper is not true at all. Check here to see a recent N.O. story about racism - don't go and tell me that that is Bush's fault.

Well, not everything will go up, COST OF LIVING still hasnt...
You have no evidence to back any of that up - and before you reply, moveon.org does not count as evidence! Next time show your sources when you rant. Then we can at least see why you might have certain opinions.
It's easier to not even drink soda in the first place. Problem solved. All of that sugary carbonated shit tastes terrible anyway.
He's all in your head. He never existed in the first place. Who dat Osama you be talkin bout?
Buckethead
... oh wait, did you say celebrity??? :-)
Well, I'm not going to flame. I'm just wondering how you think we are better off with religion. Many (if not most) of the conflicts going on in the world right now are due in part to religion. And yes, religion also creates a system of values and morals, but those can also exist without religion. As a side note, that isn't even the point of this thread.
Okay. I was going to pull various sources and evidence out of my ass to prove my point, but I'm not going to get Carpal Tunnel Syndrome typing all of that shit. No one will ever come to terms on this issue. Religion has existed for too long; people need to experience a great revelation in order to realize the falsities of religion. Sadly, atheists still represent a minority of the world's population (even in civilized countries). I'll throw a couple of good books in here, and you can check them out if you want to. You will have to discover the answers yourself. To loosely (and I stress 'loosely') borrow an idea from Nietzsche (from the final of his three metamorphoses), "...the lion must at last become a child." In other words, you must view existence with a clean slate. A clear mind. Start over, and don't let bias get in the way. Here are some good books to read::: Richard Dawkins - The Selfish Gene ||| George Smith - Atheism: The Case Against God ||| Metaphysics
Good luck with your findings. I can't believe I'm arguing this in the Newgrounds forum ;-))
No, no, no. Buckethead. He owns all.
Religion applied is Truth denied.
