YOU CANNOT OVER DOSE ON CANNABIS. The only reason people say brain damage is because they people also use another dangerous drugs that warp the mind, and that when they were testing cannabis on monkeys, the put masks on them for hours at a time with fresh air and only the cannabis smoke, so of course it's going to cauase brain damage.
Most people in jail are pot offenders, you send a guy with 160 IQ to a jail with morons and make them a crook. You send dime bag holders to jail with murders and other much worst people, to make the dime bag boy even worst.
By the way, Heroin used in other countries as Analgesics (SP?), Cocaine is just an another anesthetic especially for the eyes, nose, or throat, also ecstacy maybe legal in four years for psychiatric use.
