It actually astounds me that there has not yet been an atheist reality show. I think a good premise would be to put a bunch of atheists in a remote house along with an undisclosed amount of people of faith, so nobody knows who's truly an atheist and who's truly religious. Even the audience doesn't know. Over the course of the season, though, the Faith Moles work at converting the atheists. Each week, there would be tearful Atheist Truthouts where the atheists confess in the Truth Room that they were strong in their atheism when they arrived but now they're starting to question their unbelief, and at the end of the week the audience would vote for who was making the most Faith Progress. The losing atheist would have to leave at the end of the week (and if one of the Faith Moles got voted off, that would be a win for Team Atheist). The season would end when either there were no more Faith Moles left or there was only one atheist left on the verge of conversion, and the final episode would be the Faith Moles baptizing him. I think it could work.
