I cannot take these people seriously anymore. Here let me quote once again:

""After reading about the life of a great Austrian leader in the 1930s[this is my comment right here, but who was this austrian leader, hitler?], I became convinced that certain types of people should not be allowed to live: the lebensunterwenlebens. Now if a woman comes to me I agree to get rid of their faulty child. However, I only dispose of defective ones, not the perfectly healthy ones. By 'defective' I mean physically disabled and mentally retarded babies. Sometimes I get rid of children who the parents feel might grow up to be a communist, Jewish or homosexual and those that show precocious atheistic behaviour."

I felt uncomfortable at this point. It is fine to kill babies if they might grow up to be communists, Jews or homosexual; but physically disabled and mentally retarded people? They are not evil. "Some of them are evil", asserted Dr Prime, "I have devised a test to find out which ones are sinners. I ask whether they are disciples of Satan, I tell them that staying silent implies guilt." At this point I objected, babies cannot speak so they will all be guilty. "I thought about that", Dr Prime continued, "but God would not let me murder an innocent, he would use the Holy Spirit to put the words into the child's mouth". Fully reassured, I commended the doctor on his work. I asked whether any babies had spoken when questioned about their loyalty to Satan, but Dr Prime said no.

Out of curiosity I asked Dr Prime how he got rid of the babies. "Quite simple, just drown them in a big bucket in my back garden." "

Further up the page it says this "How could they even consider this horrible operation? Do they think nothing of killing innocent babies?" "

And my next article I'm going to read from them IS:

Brad Pitt and his Satanic Powers !!

I don't really get most christians either. At a local church, they have "Don't put another god before me" or something like that. It's a quote from the Bible. Then I look at this page and see "Try as they might the Atheist Movement will never silence us permanently!" Hypricrisy maybe? How can one be an atheist but still worship another god.

Also, the first commandment is though shall not kill, right? Then why on this page does it say "Heretics, blasphemers and Atheist Movement agents should be publicly burnt at the stake."

Other funny phrases from this site:
"torture can be used to extract confessions from sinners."
"We support the death penalty "
"The BCC reject all forms of violence"
"The BCC reject all forms of racism"
"We believe that the inferior races..."
"It is amazing that science has become accepted as fact by most educational boards"
"It is vitally important that the teaching of the theory of evolution be banned, as should the teaching of atheist philosophy and sex education."
"With the liquidation of Atheist Movement agents in the United Kingdom our children can be taught the truth at school."
"These evil [poverty strucken] people are being punished for their disobedience to God."
"These unfortunate people live in poverty due to no fault of their own and we should give alms to help them through difficult times. "
"The BCC were founded in 1933 by Martin O'Connell." (grammatical mistake on their part. "Were" should be changed to "was.")
"The BCC is the only Christian organisation to publicly acknowledge the existence of the Atheist Movement and we work tirelessly to counter their lies."
"Tests in Albania have shown that the electronic anti-erection ring is 100% successful in curing masturbation. "

But my favorite quote of the all is:
"Christian doctors and scientists agree on the harmful side effects of masturbation which are:
Blindness
Acne
the desire for a greater thrill which leads to drug addiction
homosexuality
atheism"

Really messed up quotes from the site:
"When my son had an erection I watched as he was blasted with the anti-erection ring. When the sparks started flying it reminded me of that scene in 'Return of the Jedi' when Luke is being zapped by the Emperor. The irony of the situation was not lost as he screamed, 'save me father!!!'"

"I got the anti-nocturnal emission bed sheet for my son. I had a fiddle with the wiring to give him a strong spark, the little bugger had a wet dream and his bed caught fire! My other son can't walk since the anti-erection ring gave him a good blast. At least it taught them a harsh lesson!"

"Buying the anti-masturbation pants made a drastic improvement to our son's life. No longer does he stay indoors playing with himself. He is a much healthier boy now who spends most of his time outdoors with a group of friends who beat up blacks and homosexuals."

Now I'm starting to think this site is a joke.....

"Although castration has been forbidden in the western countries since the last century, it is still legal in the small island of St Egdums' which is located in the Pacific Ocean south of Hawaii. "

"Who knows, perhaps after your son has been castrated he could be the next Farinelli?"

"Not only will your son have a special voice but he will never be able to pleasure himself with the dirty, depraved and horrible practice of masturbation."

I need to stop, I've been basically been quoting every single paragraph I've been coming to....

Response to: F*ck the RIAA! Posted October 5th, 2003 in Politics

Dagodevas I have some questions for you. What prevents the RIAA to make a competitive P2P program that charges a monthly fee? What allows them to use hacking techniques(which is illegal, and considered a felony to the new Department of Homeland Security) to get information to sue people? What prevents the RIAA from wasting $70 million on lobbying to Congress and Senate?

For the First question, let me give you some information. At the present moment there are approximately 4.1 million people on Kazaa. At $10 a month, this would be 41 million dollars. This would probably be more since the number of subscribers does not equal the number of people on at a given moment. Staying with the 41 million dollars per month, this would equal $492 million dollars a year. That is almost a half a billion dollars per year.

For the second question, let me give something from the US code. In Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 47, Section 1030 it states several things that are AGAINST what the RIAA is doing.

They list songs that are not songs just to get peoples IP address. Now for the US Code against it

"knowingly and with intent to defraud traffics (as defined in section 1029) in any password or similar information through which a computer may be accessed without authorization"

Now, this could mean anyone in P2P can be sued by anyone right? Well not exactly, an interpretation of this code allows people to determine who can access their computer and who can't. One reason for a program like PeerGuardian is to disallow the access from unauthorized source (namely the RIAA and MPAA) from accessing their computers.

With the third question, your on your own.

Response to: F*ck the RIAA! Posted October 2nd, 2003 in Politics

It always seems to me in this forum that there is 10 posts of arguement then the rest ends up people agreeing.

Well I don't agree the fact that file sharing is wrong. I don't agree that every single P2P should be shut down this instant. One thing that I will agree on is that P2P programs like Napster and Kazaa filled a void that the record industry forgot to fill, the internet.

It is to its own ignorance that the record industry is failing (and we're sort of in a depression, so spending on entertainment is not at its peak). The RIAA cannot try to close Kazaa without opening a legitamate program with reasonable rates to the public. It is like trying to make a hole in the middle of the ocean, using only a shovel. Material will fill its place.

Also, you need to remember that a lot of business people that are against P2P are also against text messaging, listening booths, and various other ways to determine if a product is good or not. Note: The MPAA is the one that is against text messaging since it allows people to text message people while they are still in the movie to tell people outside the movie if the movie is worth the money. The recording industry is against listening booths for the same reason, to disallow people to determine whether a certain product is worth the money.

Another issue is the total amount of crap the industry is releasing total crap. With this crap that you purchase, you can't return it and say crap workmanship, trust me I've tried with Linkin Park's new CD. People will not buy CD's if they know if its crap, and that is what listening booths, mp3's, and og vorbiss does.

Half of the stuff I do listen to is not in the stores, a lot has been discontinued. This is another problem about RIAA's allegations. Some of the copyrighted work they are referring to are not in stores anymore. They are not providing these songs to a new medium, and the singers can't provide these songs into another medium since the companies own the copyrights, not the artists. Ironically, this hurts the singer or writer by requiring people who want to listen to these people to go to an "illegal" source.

Side Note:

In Napsters glorious years, if the RIAA and such charged one NICKEL per download, they would've received $500,000 a day (give or take a few thousand), 365 days a year.

CNET News

Last October, RIAA lobbyists said they were concerned that anti-terrorism legislation being rushed through Congress would block them from using these tools. They suggested language that they said would preserve their anti-piracy tactics.

Immune to crimes as well?

Berman has not introduced his bill yet, but his description says that it will immunize copyright holders from civil and criminal liability who use technological methods such as hacking to "prevent the unauthorized distribution of their copyrighted works via P2P networks."

Dell, Intel, and Microsoft Disagree

"Any solutions to the problem of piracy must not compromise the innovations this (technology) has to offer," the executives wrote. "Peer-to-peer technologies constitute a basic functionality of the computing environment today."

Also, If you don't like the RIAA, don't buy their CD's. If your buying CD's to support the artists, send them a check in the mail instead. When buying a CD, most of the time only 40% goes to the artists, the rest goes to the label to pay the CEO's and manufacturing costs (which is about $1-3 including packaging and recording costs).

Isn't anarchy a rule based on society, and society automatically forms the rules people follow? Is this a bad translation?

Competition for food, resources (including land and water), and women(primative, happens more in animals). Ring a bell? The reason there are conflict over borders half of the time is due to these reasons. Not because it is the patriotic thing to do or because of religion (even though most of the time this gets tied in).

Anyways, drop country border disputes. What do you have now? A bunch of people disputing whose land is who (think small sub-urban towns). Sure if most of people aren't jackasses, then it will go along fine. The fact is that so many people are jackasses and will fight over a piece of land. That is the world today.

The only way to start an anarchy is by removing all of the elderly people since their opinions are too strong and cannot be swayed. Children on the other hand, can be easily swayed from way one way to another.

Also the people that say they are practicing Anarchy right now I will have to question how. In order for something to be an anarchy, you can't have a government to tell you what to do by stating predisposed laws. Instead society has to be the one that tells you if it is right or wrong and society is the one that punishes. Also, under anarchy, no one should in theory(at least in my head) own land(quite the contrary to today). It should instead be the society which determines who should get what land and how.

Yes I do like sidenotes in my paragraph.

School Makes Girls Wear Trash Bag Skirts

NEW YORK (AP) - Two Bronx girls reportedly had to wear skirts made of trash bags to class as a punishment for coming to school in jeans rather than their uniforms.

The sixth-graders at the Bronx Preparatory Charter School were made to wear the bags by principal Marina Bernard Damiba, the Daily News reported Friday.

Damiba called the garbage-bag skirts ``Damiba fashions'' and said they weren't meant to be humiliating.

``It was more of a fun way to say, 'Listen, guys, wear the uniforms,''' she told the News. ``Let's not dwell on something as simple as wearing the uniforms when we have a lot of business to take care of. We have a lot of learning to get done.''

Joy Vasquez, whose daughter, 12-year-old Christina Zuniga, was one of the girls who wore the skirts, at first said the punishment was ``really wrong,'' the News said.

But after meeting with Damiba, she told the News that her daughter ``got a lesson out of it.''

Students at the school are required to wear a polo shirt with the school's logo and khaki, black, gray or navy blue pants or skirts that are at least knee-length.

tranman,

The purpose of life is to find what your purpose of life is. Think about it. People spend their entire lives just doing what is told of them, trying to get improved on upon, but yet they have no focus of where they want to go. This causes them to be disappointed in everything, their sex life, their job, their house (this is sometimes called mid life crisis). They have not found their purpose of life.

Some people end up helping others by being doctors, volunteer at a soup kitchen, or helping the homeless. Others live their lives trying to get the most adrenaline pumbing through their bloods by playing sports or skydiving. These people have found the purpose of life, and their purpose of life is what they love. Whether this love is to another or an activity.
